Father :
The one man I can always rely on
The guy who never lets me down.
Whom I can run to when things go wrong
Or when I'm being dressed down by Mom.
With him around I never have to pretend
I know he'll be my rock till the end.
Dad, I hope you know what you mean to me
For to express it, language seems so puny.

Mother :
She gave me roots, she gave me wings.
Makes me see the other side of any given thing.
The fact that I can have the worst fights with her is only testimony
That I know that whatever I do, she'll always love me.
Bitter truths or sweet compliments, her words she won't mince
Whether they raise me to theskies or make me wince.
Unconditional love, thy name is Mom
She's my shelter through life's storms.

Grandfather:
A silent authority figure for a child, he may have been
But as an adult, I see the real him.
A young heart, though the exterior may be old,
Hair of silver, heart of gold.

Grandmother (I wrote this when I was 7) :
Sunshine follows her,
Happiness is with her.
My love for her is timeless
For she's my grandmother
